Established in 2014, X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd has grown to be a well respected plumbing company servicing Toowoomba, the Darling Downs, the Lockyer Valley and surrounding areas.
Proudly an Australian, family owned business, we were founded by Director, Karl Ernst – a plumber with over 14 years experience. Karl and his wife Tiffany remain hands-on in the business.
We have grown over the years, starting out with just Karl and an apprentice, to having nine employees. This growth is based on reputation for responsive customer service and quality workmanship.
We have a strong family culture and pride on treating our employees and clients as part of the X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd family.

Karl Ernst
Director
Karl has been in the plumbing industry since 2004. He has extensive experience with excavation supervision and commercial plumbing.
Karl gained his experience through finishing his apprenticeship with Leadbetter Contracting where he worked for 3 years, using various sizes/models of equipment and supervising the use of such equipment.
Tiffany Ernst
Administration
Tiffany is the friendly voice that answers the phones, manages the accounts and expertly administrates our team.
Tiffany has worked in administration roles her entire life, bringing professionalism and outstanding customer service to X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd.
Jake Sullivan
Plumber
Jake Sullivan was born in Ipswich and raised in Laidley. He began his career in plumbing in 2017 and has since enjoyed the dynamic nature of the trade, where every day brings something different. Outside of work, Jake spends his spare time playing golf and enjoying a cold beer, combining his love for the outdoors with relaxation and good company.
