Karl Ernst

Director

Karl has been in the plumbing industry for 14+ years. He has extensive experience with excavation supervision and commercial plumbing.

Karl gained his experience through finishing his apprenticeship with Leadbetter Contracting where he worked for 3 years, using various sizes/models of equipment and supervising the use of such equipment.

Tiffany Ernst

Administration

Tiffany is the friendly voice that answers the phones, manages the accounts and expertly administrates our team. 

Tiffany has worked in administration roles her entire life, bringing professionalism and outstanding customer service to X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd. 

Claude Sypher

Foreman

Claude was born and raised in Roma and now lives in Toowoomba. He has been with X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd since 2019 and completed his apprenticeship with us. He learned all there is to know about plumbing from our highly qualified plumbers before competing his apprenticeship and becoming fully qualified in June of 2022.

Fun fact is he is taller then the boss! 

Luke Bellenger

Plumber

Luke was born and bred in Roma and completed his plumbing apprenticeship there before moving to Brisbane for work.

After this he relocated to Toowoomba and started working with X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd in 2017. Luke does the maintenance side of the business.

Plumber

Carter is a true local, born and raised in Toowoomba. He successfully completed his trade in 2020 and finds immense joy in spending quality time with his partner, and puppy, and indulging in his passion for playing hockey. Interestingly, Carter describes himself as a bit of a fussy eater!

Blake

Plumber

Hailing from Toowoomba, Blake boasts a 15-year tenure as a skilled plumber, complemented by his proficiency in operating bobcats and excavators. Beyond his professional expertise, he finds joy in camping and all things outdoors.

Here’s a lighthearted tidbit about Blake: “Silence isn’t for me; I’d rather engage in a good chat!”

Jason Fien

Machine and Truck Operator

Jason was born and raised in Injune and now lives in Highfields with his Wife Leita.

He started with X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd in 2022 and is an asset to the company.

Funny Fact is his other job on the side….!! 

Grant Norton

Machine Operator

Grant grew up on the Central Coast of NSW.

He has been with X Factor Plumbing & Earthmoving Pty Ltd since 2022.Little does he know he is a really good operator, and we are lucky to have him on our team.
